Guild Culture1) Proper addressing of title tends to be "Weave" in addition to the rank (i.e. "Weave Exarch Nahum", "Weave Attendant Joseph", etc.) or just the rank for short (i.e. "Exarch Nahum", "Attendant Joseph") 2) Weave Master, Guardian, and Scout specific culture is listed in their respective posts. Initiation Information1) Submission of a non-trivial arcane scroll (2nd level or above) is needed as a token of commitment in contributing to the guild. 2) Initiations can be carried out by Exarchs or by explicit delegation. Captains or Overwatches can initiate within their own areas. Tasks or missions given is upon the requirement of the initiator. Racial/Class OutlooksEvil Outsiders ( nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Outsider): Destroy on sight. It is strongly believed that Evil Outsiders seek to keep the portals into the Prime Material Plane open for more to arrive. By so doing, they are a dire threat to this plane. Underdark: Extreme prejudice. Do not risk allowing them the first strike. Their ability to resist magic make them extremely dangerous to guild members. On the very rare occasion that an Underdark player becomes an initiate, s/he starts with -2000 rep due to the natural prejudice to the Underdark. This assumes of course that the individual proves his worth and character to a majority of the guildsmen. Tiefling: Much prejudice due to having evil Outsider blood in them. Do not attack them without provocation. Regard with extreme suspicion. On the rare occasion that a Tiefling becomes an initiate, s/he starts with -1500 rep. Half Orc: Some prejudice. Often aggressive and unpredictable. Do not attack without cause. On the occasion that a half-orc becomes an initiate, s/he starts with -500 rep. Warlocks and Summoners of Undead/Evil Outsiders: Much prejudice. Try to teach them the dangers of such use of magic. Cannot be members. Red Wizards: Much prejudice. Red Wizards are too consumed with power to be deemed responsible with it. Cannot be members. Genesai/Aasimars: Treated as a curiosity. On the occasion that a genasi/aasimar becomes an initiate, s/he starts with -250 rep. The Weave Masters (((rough draft))) (Any new updates in green.)
Mission: 1) Study of the Weave and all its aspects 2) Protect the Weave from adulteration or abuse 3) Promote responsible use of its power 4) Destroy or banish evil Planar Outsiders from the Material Plane.
Culture: 1) The guild tends to be scholastic/academic in nature and it is not uncommon for Weave Masters to call each other by their first name. However, deference to a higher ranking member is/should always be given. 2) Spend much of their time researching and learning about the Weave. 3) When a Weave Guardian is present, he is given at least one enchantment to aid him/her in their duties. If he is a chosen Primary, at least two enchantments are given. 4) No spells above the fourth circle is ever taught to anyone outside of the guild. Such powerful spells cannot be taught without training and oversight on the responsible use of the Weave.

The Weave Scouts (((rough draft. seeking feedback))) (updates in green)
Mission: 1) Locate sources of arcane places or items of interest 2) Locate all evil Outsiders or portals in this plane 3) Identify all summoners of evil extra-planars 4) Identify all threats to the Weave 5) Gather information on potential dangers to the guild 6) Relay all messages on the above occurrences to the Weave Masters
Culture: 1) Weave Scouts don't wear the colors of the guild, instead choosing colors that aid them in their mission 2) Their rank is rarely used in non-guild company. They feel that its usage provides too much information to others. 3) Tend to be less strict than Guardians in adherence to rank and chain-of-command but often go through the Overwatch in relaying information to the Exarch. 4) Some choose not to acknowledge their affiliation to the guild ((use an anonymous forum name if you do so)) to enhance their ability to collect information.

The Weave Guardians (((rough draft - sorry for all the constant changing. gaining feedback from people.))) (updates in green)
Mission: 1) Protect the Weave Masters 2) Destroy or banish evil Planar Outsiders from the Material Plane.
Culture: 1) Weave Guardians are more militant in nature and can sometimes become fanatical about the protection of Weave Masters. 2) Weave Guardians tend to address each other more formally or with a "sir" towards higher ranking members. They address Weave Masters by their rank and never by just their first name. 3) Weave Guardians sometimes take on a primary Weave Master to protect. He is still bound to defend others in his vicinity, but primarily watches out for his Primary. The Primary in return is bound to his Guardian.

As you know I have had a troubled time since I've arrived on the Sword Coast.
