I noticed so far only two creatures can be disarmed , gnolls and orcs. Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or is there a reason its like that?

The option is not fully incorporated in all of the monster blueprints that we are using. This is not due to any active decision (so far as I am aware) and as such it is open to discussion here.
Everyone - what are your thoughts on disarmable mobs in the PW?
Reasonable candidates for discussion would be the following:
Bandits; Kobolds; Gnolls; Lizardfolk; Goblins; Orcs; Minotaurs; Skeletons;

They should all be able to be disarmed , but two handed weapons should be harder to disarm.

All the new monsters that were designed are set to disarmable as this issue came up a few months ago when I started. Id say switch them all over to disarmable so the feat actually has a purpose.

I agree, and I dont have any characters with the feat..
It should work on any hand-held weapons.

Any creature that wields a weapon should be disarmable.

Well ALL the mobs that DM's spawn (or at least the custom ones that I made) are set to disarmable, so that is available to you during events. -Ice
