Not sure if this a bug but mobs such as Dire bears and Wyvern are rated as easy to me and give very little xp about 20 - 25 per mob. I am lvl 11 and they are not easy....well the bears aren't anyway. Actually most every thing I have killed today has given very little xp. Also my weapon which I was able to use earlier today (Captians Scimitar +2) is now lvl req 15 and I can't use it. I noticed there is no lvl requirment for it at the store where I got it.
Is this intended?
Thanks, V/R,

It's possible that the level 15 requirement was an unintentional side-effect of tweaking the prices of some items. I don't know for sure as I haven't had a hand in doing anything of that nature.
As far as the XP change goes, I'm hoping that it was an intentional and permanent alteration. However that is hard to say as tweaking the xp script is a hit-or-miss thing and has to be done by the trial and error method.

I've noticed a slight 4-7% decrease in experience gains across the board. I agree with these changes.

I've noticed a slight 4-7% decrease in experience gains across the board. I agree with these changes. 4-7%? I was getting 50-56 xp per kill of umber hulks in 3rd and 4th lvl caves in cloakwood @ lvl 11 after 8.2 I am getting 25 xp per. Also Dire bears in hedgwood which are much harder and rated as easy now, also only give 25 xp each. Thats not 4-7%

Its not that the xp was decreased. Some monsters are easier now. Inpast an area might be a CR4, then the one below it might be a 5 and the one below that one was a 8. Now its CR 4 to CR 5 to CR 6 to CR 7. So what tat means is that a monster who used to be harder could now be weaker, or stronger. But if you will search you find at least two areas on the PW your level can adventure in. There are at least two areas dedicated to each CR from 4 to 20.
Also the crashing problem in the BG SE gate area has went away. At least for me it has. I used to crash on every transition there. With the new fixes it has all but completely went away.

Changing the costs on gear, as in the individual item prices WILL UP THE LEVEL REQUIREMENT. The same is true for dropping the prices of items.
