The item, "Wand of Stone to Flesh" in the Underdark, sold by Ithic (The illithid merchant) is a bit amusing.
Though its name is "Wand of Stone to Flesh", it has the description of a Wand of Missiles, and casts Flee the Scene 1 Use/day instead.
