Could planetouched characters be reassigned as outsiders, please? Right now there's no favored enemy: planetouched for starters, and I feel like there's a lot more depth of roleplay if you have to request that spells like banishment not be cast upon you if you're a planetouched race.

Planetouched are supposed to be native outsiders, which means Banishment is not supposed to work on them. Banishment only works on extraplanars (creatures without the native subtype).

On the contray: Now as to Banishment and Outsiders, there's two Subtypes: Extraplanar and Native. So as long as the genasi is on its homeplane (in this case the Material), its Native, and if they went on another plane, they would be Extraplanar. Now NWN2's version of Banishment just blankets all outsiders toegther and doesn't adhere to Native and Extraplanar, to which the spell is only suppose to effect those of the Extraplanar subtype.

Uh, yeah. That's pretty much exactly what I said, though more verbose.

Fair enough. What about the lack of a planetouched category for favored enemies, though?
