Here are a few resourses to help you get started. - For an overview of how the toolset works, I recommend this tutorial. its what I used to teach myself how to use the NWN2 toolset. Don't Panic: The hitch hikers guide to NWN2- To get into scripting, the NWN Lexicon is the way to go. It is a database of existing codes. NWN Lexicon

i can't speak for josh's needs but practicing on building some simple interior areas would be good. There are a lot of buildings (especially in the UD) that need interiors.

Having read the tutorial, I now have only one question.
How can I access the additional HAK things we use on the PW (such as the drow tileset used in Sshamath) when building things in the toolset?
;D

Having read the tutorial, I now have only one question. How can I access the additional HAK things we use on the PW (such as the drow tileset used in Sshamath) when building things in the toolset? ;D For weapons and armor, you don't have to do anything accept hook up the HAKs to your module. You do that by opening the module properties, and clicking on the HAK tab. Then the new weapon/armor/hoods/etc appearances will be there. For placables for area's, you would either have to get them from Josh, or just go get them of the vault and download them from there. These you would just import into your module. [EDIT] Don't download things we don't support! Again though you want to hook up the BG HAKs to your module you are using for building. Tilesets is a bit tricky. If your ready to try RWS tiles or something like that, we can go over it.

First associate the hak with the module. Go to module properties then look to the upper right box on the right hand side of your screen for the properties to show up. You will see a box named haks. Click the drop down and then when the new box opens hit add. Point it to a hak in your My Docs/Neverwinter Nights 2/hak folder. Repeat until you have them all connected.
Now, to get the placeables we are using added, go to eht Vault page and look for a demo version thats usually found with the rest of the placeables downloads. It will be an erf of an area with the tiles already placed. Once you import this into whatever your working on it will add the tiles to your menu so you can use them wherever.

I can't find a plain "Placeables" category. Under which category would it be found?
