I want to see if there is any interest in an adventures guild of some nature just some good old fashion get together once a week and hunt for interesting treasure and or monsters.
The details can be worked out latter just seeing if there is enuf interest to pursue this.

I'm not sure what exactly makes this different from finding a party and going out for some excitement. I usually don't have too much trouble finding other players to group with.
Unless of course, you refer to starting up something like player-run, 4 PC guilds in which the players agree to get together at specific times with specific characters.

Well if there is enuf interest and a DM likes the Idea i was thinking something along the lines of guild events for the players that like to RP but are not as into political or religious plot lines and just want to RP going out and looking for clues to places that they think we might be able to find some interesting stuff.
a bit old school but it could be fun, hell we could work for the hall of wonders as their requisition team.

Like an adventuring company? Like the Knights of Myth Drannor or Company of the Fallen Star?Something like that,to where the same adventurers band together to adventure and discover long lost relics and what not.It'd be cool to see more than one of these groups around.Hells there could be numerous amounts of them...Make it to where there is only a max. amount which can join your group officially.Say 5 per company,but this is just an idea.

I'd like to see adventuring companies springing up, that would be sweet. My suggestion would be for the members to creat Alts that only play together, or agree to only leveling so much per week. That would keep everyone in line level-wise and make adventuring together easier to plan. I wouldnt have anymore than 5-6 members, otherwise it gets harder to RP I think.
Maybe if we had some of these adventuring groups form that were heavy into RP we could get DM's assigned for once a week/however often for group adventures? Even if not, we could meet at a certain time every so often dependent upon member availability.
We basically had this with the early Weave Masters and it worked out really well and we all had a lot of fun. I think these groups will be almost mandatory when we get respawnable traps, the traps on the chests get tougher, the monsters are scaled to force grouping, etc.
Hmm.. now ya got me thinkin.
