Since the game does us the honor of letting us have katana's I was thinking of rolling a Samurai for the surface, rp-wise I want it based on the wandering ronin samurai archetype or "Kenshin-Syndrome".
Assuming Paladin's don't need to be Lawful, I'm thinking multiclassing Barbarian with Paladin to get the "Lawful, I am the servant of my Lord" rp with the "I'M FLIPPING OUT RAWR" of stereotypical Japanime sword saint duels.
But I suspect a Paladin can only be Lawful and a Barbian only Chaotic so I will probably have to be stuck with the choice of Traditional Samurai caste Warrior vs Kenshin Ronin Archetype

you should be looking more at weaponmaster for a samurai. dual wield with short sword and katana. wear medium armor talk in a silly accent never draw your weapon unless you are going to kill someone

More-over, Samuri would always be lawful as well. They follow a code and discipline that precludes them from being anything else; though they can be good, neutral, or evil.

The Samurai would be a Weapon Master, no paladin or barbarian. Its the principle of the Weapon Master to be one with his weapon. That is very similar to Bushido. Clearly based on that.

ronin samurai do not have to be lawful in fact a good argument could be made that they can't be lawful.
the build you seem to be indicating could be made with the weapon master PRC for the more wild type i would suggest looking at frenzied beserkers PRC both work fine with a fighter base class. the latter has a non lawful aliment restriction.

Ronin is not a traitor. He can be lawful. He just lost his master. Dismissed by him or lost him in battle. Doesnt mean he killed him. Just means he didnt commit the Harakiri. Which makes him lose the honor, becoming ronin.

Well, I have my own 'Samurai character'. Named her Clah and made her have one of the 'Thayan Wizard Faces'.
As for your character, I suppose the build depends on whether you want to wield two weapons or just one.
For two wielders, you could go for ranger levels to get the two-weapon fighting feats free and without the dexterity requirement. (You need to wear light armour. Nevertheless, if you are quite keen on having your character walk around in semi-metallic armour you have access to chain shirt, which has quite a lot of customization options. If you fiddle your way with the “Character Appearance Menu“.)
As for other levels, you could look at the Assassin levels. Moreover, before someone decides to yap about Ninjas and Samurais. I will just say how it would quickly bring forth a dead Samurai. If the Samurai has no eyes for subterfuge, dirty tricks, and spying the potential enemy in order to learn about threats against oneself or ones ‘household‘. This is, I am afraid, one those real life facts.
However, if something like that goes against your romantic idea of what Samurais‘ are, you could get some weapon master levels instead. You’ll have to decide whether you are going to wield same weapon in both hands, or just to specialise in your main- or off-hand weapon.
If you are only going to wield one weapon, let that be a Katana for example, you could start with fighter levels and progress with weapon master levels. However, you could as well take Frenzied Berserker levels instead of weapon master. This way, you could role-play your Samurai as a warrior who has learned to fight, mastered his skills in the heat of battle. Taking Frenzied Berserker levels should not automatically mean your character is going to jump on every battle. You can role-play of having ‘elegance’ while still enjoying the heat of battle more than anything else.
And as for third option, you could go for blade and bow combo. Once again, ranger levels can become handy.
Helping with a build is a lot easier when you know what sort of Samurai you want to play with.

I'd say use the KISS rule and think less of the classes and more of the actual roleplaying. Varying degrees of fighter, ranger, rogue or weapon master (as people have said) depending on what you envision should do the trick just fine. People can't see what classes you have anyway.
I'd probably pull a quick-and-easy and make it a fighter/weapon master with a falchion representing the katana, maxed Intimidate and Taunt skills and some archery thingies or maybe ranger and/or rogue levels thrown in for a broader skill selection. Should be both effective enough and look about as right as NWN2 lets you.
Also, I know that Miko (Order of the Stick-Miko) was widely hated as a person, but her class choice - paladin/monk multiclass - which I'd guess is workable somehow, could make for a pretty cool character, if somewhat suffering from multiple attribute dependence.
