Before I ask my newbie questions, I just want to say that you guys have done a fantastic job with this world. When Dungeons & Dragons Online came out, I was hoping that it would be like this instead of what it turned out to be. I was a big fan of Greyhawk when I tried the PnP version as a kid, but Forgotten Realms was a close second and you guys have very accurately mapped it out here.
Anyway, this is my first time playing NWN2 multiplayer and I am lacking knowledge on some basic things:
1) How do you reply to a tell? I am trying /t and /tell, and I have used both with the first name and the full name with no luck: "player not found". Am I supposed to put a space between the /tell and name? Or am I doing it wrong altogether?
2) Are magic items only bought in stores or do they drop off bosses in higher level dungeons?
3) How far does the realm extend to? I see that Balders Gate is the northern most part - Does scope extend down into Amn? Or west into the desert?
4) As far as adventuring groups - I have found most people playing pretty strict good characters. I am wondering if any neutral bands or guilds are around. I am playing a lawful neutral character at the moment.
Thanks to those in advance that can help me out, especially with the /tell part.

1. To send tells bring up the player chat menu. This is done by clicking on the NWN eye icon at the lower left end of the screen. With the player chat menu up, you can click the player name that you wish to send the tell to.
2. At the moment you'll find magic items at stores, in some lootable chests and in some DM events. There are plans to make weapons obtainable through high level boss drops and crafting but that is still in the idea stage as far as I know.
3. Currently the PW goes into the Cloudpeak mountains up to the Fields of the Dead just north of Baldur's Gate. Eventually it may go even further.
4. The druid's guild would probably be considered a neutral one. I'm not sure on that as my involvment with guilds has been pretty minimal (excepting the DM run Fist).

About the guilds: You can see the guild here in the forum. There is a huge area just for that. Check there and see their descriptions. Then Just post your wish to join one or PM a DM about it.
Thanks Zeal

Yeah /r responds to the last person who sent you anything, or had a message pop up in your chat menu.
As for the guilds, there are a few that are very active.. Weave Masters and Rogues/Assassins guild. Also the Druids guild is taking momentum quickly to.
Items can be bought from players, merchants, sometimes DM run merchants, events, chests.. and bosses maybe.

4# There are actually quite a lot of evil characters. At least those new characters all giddy about killing things tend to flock around my character.
But, playing an evil character doesn't mean you have to be kicking kittens all the day. And, doing ''good deeds'' is an excelent way to fool those goody-goody-two-shoes. As is saying things like: "Happy-happy, joy-joy, happy-happy, joy-joy" - once in a while.
And there was topic where majority wished to see plotting, cunning, intelligent evil characters instead of those who just go on a killing spree.
I suppose same goes for Neutral people.
