I have read there have been some changes to the game mechanics, such as the Time Domain being nerfed, can we get all changes announced or added to the rules or something so we all know what they are?

Twenty four hours pass and no reply? I think this is all of them. 1) RDD Class cannot be taken 2) Cleric Time Domain cannot be chosen 3) Persistant Spell cannot be chosen (but older players who have it got to keep it, so you will see some players with that feat) 4) Haste can no longer be cast as persistant 5) Divine Favor can lo longer be cast as persistant.

This sums it up. We shouldnt have anything else to do in this section really. The things we hit curbed the issues we had it seems.

is it possible to have a released patch notes with each update? Like say if a particular zone used to have certain monters and now has a ancient wyrm.

Wow these nerfs just hit my char RIGHT on the gut. I've been playing with a cleric who persists DF and Haste at higher level and uses premonition on other servers.
I agree with atlas with the change log or server "tweaks". This would tell buffers like me to use different char here or go somewhere else.
Sad to say i've already invested my free time for over a week with my char and finding this the hard way. I love the server, love the events, but hate the nerfs.
I do understand if a true hardcore PvP would nerfs the skills for balance, but in PvE server, what for? Yes, i do admit when fully buffed, my char can tear through mobs better than others. But he still have other MAJOR disadvantages. For instances:
a) Took bloody long time to prepare for battle. This is especially bad during events because i'll never know when the DM spawned critters gonna attack.
b) Major embaressment when partying with non-buffers. Are you done yet? How many MORE spells do you need? Cmon, get ready already!
c) Dispeller is MAJOR BANE for us. Don't ask me to fight the beholder, okay? I'm useless against them. I need to party with other non-buffer players to take them down.
d) Need to time my rest properly before delving deep into dungeons.
e) I'm a UTTERLY useless without my buffs. If it runs out in the middle of a fight, i'm good as dead.
So as you can see there's already a LOT of disadvantages for buffers like me. Theres no need to add more.

But thats the price for the power. I can attest to the wet paper sack part. My level 15 could probably beat Tarsakh into submission with his little finger in an unbuffed fight. This is why I quoted, really. I want to emphasize the point that casters can do a lot more to help the party by buffing the melee fighters and letting them do what they do best, rather than buffing themselves and trying to take over that role.
