If you want to leave a public not to all then do this. Example: *Tarsakh leaves a note pinned to the grove walls for all to see* Welcome to the home of The Keepers of the Elder Circle. We are glad you have come to visit us here. Please make yourself at home. Your welcome to any fruit of the trees and nectar from the vine. *Arch-Druid Tarsakh leaves a note to the fellow druids and rangers of the grove*
Brothers it has come to my attention that several of the shrines across the land has been desecrated by followers of Talos. I know this because the shrines have been scorched from lighting and not fire and corpse have littered the ground around the shrines. My knowledge of the deities of the nature have lead me to this conclusion. This has happened to both our beloved shrine to Silvanus and shrine to Chauntea. The city guards well know of the incidents, although the city guard has say he will put in a request for more patrols along the roads to watch for further abuse of our sacred shrines. I doubt the guards request will even be heard by another ear other than one of his fellow solders. The city laws hold little sway in our forest and wooded lands. It is our duty to protect the shrines to our cause. I suspect that there will be another assault on our other shrines the next being Mielikki seeing their pattern. I ask that you keep a vigilant eye and be weary of any suspicious looking people who come to visit the shrines. I will let you use your best judgment on how to deal with the offenders of the grove. My suggestion is to apprehend them and bring them for the members of the grove to pass judgment on them. I feel the cities law will be to lax on these offenders and will just jail them for a short time. They deserve far worse for their crimes against nature.

Jeygh awakes in the morning with a slight headache and a feeling of dizziness. It couldn't be the drink, he hadn't stopped drinking long enough to have had a hangover. Wearily, he staggers to his feet and stumbles over to the stone table across the way. He picks up the note lying atop it and reads it through. The double print he sees makes reading a chore, but he eventually gathers the gist of the message - enough to send him into fury. He finds a quill to pen a short note of his own. Surprisingly, it is legible.
Brothers of the grove,
The ones I catch desecrating the shrines will be brought to trial after I have run each one through with my spear. Those who have done this outrage will not live to regret their actions!
With that, Jeygh snatches his spear and rushes forth from the grove, a fury blazing in his eyes.

The hawk was flying over Daelthrien's head again. He had another message for him.
The Warden raised his arm and the hawk landed swiftly.
"Tell me friend... What is the matter now?"
The hawk made several movements and noises that would mean nothing to the ones not attuned to the nature ways, but for Daelthrien it was very clear:
"The Sacred Shrine of Mielikki was in danger"
Daelthrien's face had a dark look now. He was angered.
He released the hawk and imerged into shadows again rushing to the shrine...

Desiree hears of the desecrations perpetrated against Chauntea and Silvanus from travelers she has helped. In her heart she suspects Mielikki's shrine is next, a thought which angers her beyond what she can bear. She ties a small note to the leg of her faithful companion, Serena, a beautiful jet-black panther. She writes:
Dear Master Daelthrien, I have heard of the wicked acts perpetrated against Treefather Silvanus and the Earthmother Chauntea; such news has angered me greatly, but I suspect that this profane person will not stop until even our Forest Queen has been violated. I await your orders by the shrine of our Mistress. As much as is humanly possible, I will guard her sanctity with my life.
Desiree
Desiree then whispers into Serena's ear.
"Quickly Serena, you must find Daelthrien the elf ranger. And deliver what I have given to you. May Our Lady of the Forest guide your footsteps and give you speed."
With that, the panther sprang into action, silently disappearing into the forest.

Nore Marlson leaves a note for the followers of the Keepers of the Elder Circle. I met a man by the name of Avail who has information concerning the desecrations of our shrines. *After reading Nore's note Tarsakh decides to setup arrangements to meet with this man. After many questions about the incidents at hand. I decided to make another note* I have spoke with the one who came forth having information about the desecration of our sacred shrines. I have learned that among the first act of desecrations were murders of our kin. The man who I spoke with mentioned that there are two men who are openly speaking The Destroyers (Talos) name and laying claim to his service. These to men are to be put to the question on their involvement, if any. He said he asked the two about the foul acts and bot claim it is Talos' will be done and in his plans. One of them even laughing about the deed. The Servant of Illmater who I spoke with has said he will bare witness to these mens testimony of servitude to Talos. I will leave descriptions of each man here in the grove. I ask that you investigate further into this matter and exact swift judgment if need be.*the descriptions of Gladen Cross and Haaz are left for all to read in the Grove* *** If a DM presence is needed to investigate these men further on the accusations then we can hold off. Remember proof of their involvement hasn't been brought up. Just proof that they serve Talos.

Daelthrien recognized the panther while he was sitting in a high spot of the tradeway. At first he thought it to be strange Desiree's Companion wandering in the wilds without her protection, but soon enough he could imagine what was that about.
Daelthrien smiled and descended the high spot of the waterfall wih precise steps. The panther turned to face the elf with a warm smile in his face. He pat the panther behind it's ear and withdrew the note from the animal's leg.
He took a little piece of burnt wood from his pocket and in the same note he began to write the answer to the lady.
Bad winds told me about such foul acts against our sacred shrines. When I heard our beloved lady was in danger I came to stand guard myself as quickly as I could.
As much as I am angered with this, I believe we must have patience and observe as much as we can. When the enemy is revealed, we will hunt them and make them pay for their acts.
Daelthrien attached the note to the panther's leg once more and after giving a warm smile to the pet he disappeared once more into the wilds.

With his held bent low,and his cloak wrapped tightly about him the scholar leaves the Grove and makes his way back to the trade way and Baldur's Gate. Leaving behind a tightly wrapped scroll bearing the seal of the Weavemasters, and a ribbon. On the ribbon writing can be seen "For the Eyes of the Arch-Druid Only".

After reading the note using a spell disintegrates the note*

*A note is left in the Grove for the eyes of the druids*
My friends, I was called away the other day and regret not being able to assist in hunting down the Devil summoning Orcs in cloakwood. If anything of significance was discovered, please send me a letter with information.

After ataching a parchment to the hawk's leg, Daelthrien made a move towards the sky to release the animal while it engaged a smooth flight towards the grove.
(...)
The hawk methodically beaked his own leg, just like it was trained to do that, until the parchment was free. After that, it flew out of the grove.
To the keepers on behalf of Daelthrien:
I have travelled a lot in the lands recently searching for the ones I call Brothers and unfortunately even the urgent calls of nature haven't brought them to me. I'm affraid the worse have happened and ask a favor to all of you on keeping an eye for some of my missing brothers.
Please, keep this message away from my youthest ranger, Desiree for I myself will give her the final task to become a Pathfinder of Mielikki, or at least if I cannot find my brother Galad in the meantime.

This is sad news my friend and it could not be a worse time for this. There are many issues at hand. But be vigilant and keep the faith my friend.

Daelthrien was now in front of the dead Treant at the Lion's way, with a horrified look in his face and a great weight in his heart.- Good that you arrived... I was going to look for some druid, but by the way you look, maybe you can help. - Said a strange man that was at the spot before the elf. - You saw what happened here? - Asked Daelthrien to the man. - I'm affraid not, and that was not the only victim of this... please come with me. - The stranger replied. Daelthrien followed him just to find nine more Treants bodies and some other as well.- A druidess... - He whispered to himself while pondering what to do next. - You stay here - He said to the stranger - I will find Master Tarsakh... We will need his wisdom in this matter. He disappeared in shadows and flew to find Tarsakh at the Farmlands.- Blessings of the forest uppon you, Dael - Tarsakh said - Blessings uppon you as well, Arch Druid. I'm affraid I bring bad news, though. - His face had a dark look now. - What is it, my friend? - Tarsakh asked - Maybe you should see with your own eyes. - Daelthrien replied. The two woodsmen came back to the previous spot and Tarsakh's only reaction was to sigh.- There are more of them, up there - Daelthrien pointed and showed the way. The stranger was still there and now they had a company of a wizard dressed in white robes.
They have investigated the place and many possible responsibles came to their minds: Talassans, Malarites or even outsiders.
The matter should be discussed in the grove...Tarsakh and Daelthrien discussed the possible causes of the attack to the druids and if they could be conected to the ones envolving the desecration of the shrines. A matter they would have to investigate.
They also talked about a fortune teller that saw dark things in the grove's future and about the missing rangers. It was also brought to the circle the attack Tarsakh suffered from a drow that marked him with a large symbol in his forehead.
On the final consierations they agreed that there was much to be done and the council must be united quickly.
The Ancient One should be warned.

Boris collapses on the edge of the Cloakwood, battered and beaten. His flesh is singed black in many places, and upon close examination it can be seen that electricity was probably the cause. Several deep gashes, most likely sword wounds, are cut across his body as well. The burly druid manages to drag himself to the small creek that runs through the eastern section of the forest, breathing heavily and trailing blood. Every effort that he makes sends spasms of pain rushing through his body, threatening to make him lose consciousness. As he reaches the edge of the creek his body finally gives up and refuses to go on and he sinks down into the mud. With a groan, he manages to turn over onto his back,.
“Damn those two,” he muttered, wincing in pain. Looking down at his legs he quickly realized that one of them was broken. Blood seeped from it rapidly, and bone could be seen sticking out from the skin. He gasped out in pain. “Damn it!”
Looking around rapidly, Boris spotted a small robin sitting on a tree branch above him. He whistled softly, calling the bird to him. It landed softly on his shoulder, and Boris immediately began whispering to it in the Druidic tongue.
“Go, find Tarsakh. Tell him I’m direly wounded. Tell him that there’s been an attack, near the shrine of Mielikki. Two awful folk, a man and a women, both grey in the hair. Dressed darkly. Slaughtered several creatures of the forest. Killed another druid. Tried to slay me… dangerous… tell him… lead him here… help me… Go!”
The little robin flew off in an instant, flying as quickly as it could to find Tarsakh, and relay the message Boris had given it.
Boris watched it go, then sank down to the ground, muttering a prayer to Lurue, trying to call upon her power to keep him alive…
