While fighting the Helmed horrors I noticed that they are not immune to death magic... Since they are Constructs they should be right ? Aso not sure but are they immune to paralysis, stun, sleep, poison and mind-effecting spells/effects...

They are immune to drown, however, as I found out the last time I partied in there.

No they can be stunned and they are not immune to mind spells as i have seen them sleeping due to a warlocks spell. Stonehold works on them well If they are constructs then drown shouldnt work as well. although crumble would have to hurt them pretty bad. I thought they were some sort of armored undead creature. If this is the way it is then they shouldnt be immune to all mind spells and criticals but be able to be turned by a high lvl clerics/paladins (20 +) This could use some testing.
