Hello all, im looking to join a PW and this one looks good so far.
I have some questions though,
1) How many players are active EST from 6-10pm mon-fri? weekends?
2) Will I be able to solo if I cant find anyone to party with?
3) im not so good at RP, but I would like to learn, any advice?
4) I have some mods already that I am using to play through the MC and was wondering if that will be a problem?
5) Are there lots of monsters I can go out and kill with out having to quest for all my xp?
6) Im looking at playing a paladin/divine champ and maybe later a archer/AA how is archery in this game?
thanks for the help.

Im in North Carolina, so Ill be playing in your time zone fairly often, as well as a good many others. We are rarely below 10 even on slow hours.
Yes, you will probably be able to solo, though perhaps not for as much xp.
As for RP, Im sure we would all be willing to give you tips, but I rather enjoyed just throwing myself into it my first time.
I have no idea on the Mods, if you mean overrides, then no, you should not attempt to use them on this server, as it contributes to crashing.
And yes, this is a mixed quest/grinding server, from what I have seen thus far.
Archery is fairly balanced in this game, though you will undoubtedly have to be ready to melee at times if you do not have a partner. This is a low magic server, though, so fighter types get pretty shafted, in general, so be forewarned.

Other than that, watch and learn, noone expects you to be the ultimate RP champion of the world. 4) Modules?, thats not a problem . but make sure that the only thing that is in your override and hak folder is from this server only. Other files in these folders, has a major chance of creating lag...to everyone and yourself on the server. 5) Plenty of monsters, that is your main source of XP, allthou there are about 15 build in quests and many active DM''s throwing great events of all sizes. 6) In my point of view, i wouldn't like to play an archer, but that is just me. I never really played one. Hope that helps, and welcome to the server

Paladins are a good strong character type. They are hard to RP thou, so it is a good idea to read up on the diety you follow and try to get into the mindset of a paladin, they are Lawfull good only. So it is also a good idea to learn what lawfull good allignment actually means. I'd say it might possibly be the toughest allignment to roleplay, but they can at the same time be the easiest. It all depends on your own real life philosophies

I think Lawful Good is the easiest alignment to roleplay to a basic level, but making your LG Paladin different than others is what may be a challenge.
