I was able to create a character with no problem (created two characters in fact to make sure the first wasn't done incorrectly). However, BG-TSCC crashes NWN2 when trying to play. I can select my character, then it says that it is loading the module before it crashes. I have made sure that I am up to date on all files and everything is current. I even get to the ship where I click yes to start my adventure. It is at this point that it crashes. Any ideas if this is a known bug or am I just special?

Did you check your hak, tlk etc...etc...files? that might be the cause. Also run worldgate again, I had the same error when I forgot to update it.

Yeah try WG again. If thats not the problem then it might be files conflicting from one PW to another. Delete all the files (from my documents-->nwn 2) in your hak, override, tlk, campaign, PWC, and ui (except for the guisettings file) and make sure the ONLY files in those folders are ones that came from this server. So far the only files we use are haks and pwc, I don't think we use any other ones yet so the other folders should be relatively empty.

Well here is something to look at then...
-Is there a message displayed when crashing such as "missing required file", or 'Versions do not match"?
-Are you working with empty folders as stated above (no over-rides, haks, tlks or campaign folders) that arent Sword Coast material?
-Is your version of the game, the same the server is running?
-Do you have Worldgate properly installed and all files updated/downloaded?
-Are your graphics settings set at a reasonable level(Most find it good to run at medium with shadows down at low)?
-If you do have any other haks, overrides, tlks, 2da changes, ect installed are you using them in character creation?
-Are you running XP or Vista?
Those are some questions to consider, if you have anything funky, list them up and we will see what we can figure out.

Do you have MoTB installed? I think the server requires it, so if this is the issue then you'd need to buy it. If not, you might have to reinstall the game.
