Two of my PC's could use some tweaking on their heights to bring them more in line with their descriptions. I asked a DM ingame about this and was asked to place a request in the forums.
I assume that this is possible using the DM client and that any changes made would permanent. Is this in fact possible and if so, will it be permitted? Please let me know about this. Thanks.

Hmm, i do not see how the dm client would be able to make this alteration, the only option i see is opening the .bic file from the servervault and editing it in the toolset.

I did try increasing the size of a PC once for an event but the tool didn't work. If there's a way, it's something I don't know at the present.

You are correct, it cannot be done without hacking the save file in some way.

Okay. Thanks for the quick answer. Evidently modifying spawns is different than doing so for PC's. Wizard certainly enjoyed showing off his super DM resizing abilities. lol
Thanks again for checking.

is there no "LETO" type program for NWN2 yet? that was an important DM tool in NWN1. on the NWN1 server i played on, i had earned the right to play an imp rogue due to good RP. that was fun....i miss him. they used LETO to change my character's appearance to imp

Changing appearance is something that can be done. As of now, appearance changes may occur during an event, but permanent changes will not be the norm. is there no "LETO" type program for NWN2 yet? that was an important DM tool in NWN1. on the NWN1 server i played on, i had earned the right to play an imp rogue due to good RP. that was fun....i miss him. they used LETO to change my character's appearance to imp

Wouldn't it be easier to tweak the descriptions - than to change the actual height of your characters? That would ruin my characters. The only reason that they don't have the proper height is due to the limited range given in the character creation process.

Yea...I requested for my stormlord pc over at Sundren to be taller. Its more complicated than it seems.I am really good friends with the Dev that was there at the time and he said the problem with it was getting it to stay that way after logging in and out.Perhaps an item can be crafted in the toolset that may allow a height change that is persistent throughout gameplay.
An item of unlimited uses with the enlarge spell, but persistent. This is probably the easiest way to do this, but you will be too large.
