It doesn't necessarily have to be an evil guild, but one that practices the art of necromancy and doesn't like it's use restricted.
It could be a Lawful Neutral type org with any range of alignments (although likely non-good).

LOL. I'm so flattered! I was hoping for the same thing but I didn't realize we would get our own thread.  I was originally thinking the red wizards were gonna be it but I mentioned to DM haunted that I'd help him organize the Zhent as well if he needs it. anyway, hope to see the guild soon --- and filled with cool (and responsible) bad guys.  |

I say oppose them ICly and come up with your own ways to do it.
I have watched many of their members RP and they do a fantastic job, I seen no reason to limit them icly or oocly at the current time but thats just me.
If you want to oppose something, do it ICly heh.

yeah, definitely everything IC'ly. I don't want my guys to get picked on because we're the biggest boys in the block. I love their RP'ing! i hope my invitation didn't sound like goading though.  The invitation is for fun and responsible players who will become a natural enemy for our guild. FYI on Nahum. If a PC bandit tries to ambush him and he owns them, he'll treat them as if they're like any other NPC. I encourage EPC development -- evil player characters. Another example, I have a feeling I know what Zeal is talking about OOC'ly but I'm playing dumb as a PC. Responsible EPC's make for great role playing. All I can say is, let's keep it fun... for everyone! |

Yeah, for those who dont know yet, i play Magus Hammanor, and i have spoken with theodaine oocly about this. He knows the basics of my plans. No biggie.

Eh, are all of you druids in real life? Balance to everything? There is no need for opposition equal in numbers. Leaders change, so might the rules. Today the guild is according to Nahum's alignment, tomorrow it might be headquarters for necromancers. Politics children, politics. |
