Like in the title I'm doing a course in C as a programming language and as far as I'm concerned all the scripting is in more less in this language. I have done two out of ten lessons, but I'm getting there.
My question is whether you want any help with scripting once I'm done with all the course?
The main problem with me is that I am very limited in time. There are people around me who successfully leech all the free time so I dunno how will this go. My time management is rather poor too as I forget a lot of things because I do a lot of other things. Anyway we could give it a go if you're interested.

From what I have seen this far the syntax of scripting is different than C, but the programing organization (procedural) is quite the same. C is a basic language for you to learn any other, so if you get things right you will be able to master the syntax with a little effort (this is the part I'm skipping right now )

More than the C language itself, you need to dedicate time to being familiar with NWN2 scripting functions and objects. But certainly being already familiar with C will make it much easier for you to understand and write the code.

I've been to the editor few times and tried scripting. Also I got a script generator so I learn from examples of others. I find it a piece of cake once you know the structure and what I get to learn from the course. Also helps when you want to make scripts use less resources. It is not pure C as you've noticed, but knowledge of it makes it easy.
