This thread is just to garner interest and approval/disapproval from the DM's/devs. For those of you who don't know, the Order of the Red Falcon is an order of fighters and paladins who dedicate their service to the Red Knight. More importantly, it is a canon organisation that is based just north of Baldur's Gate. This wiki page doesn't give you much information much more than I have already written: forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Order_of_the_Red_FalconResponses please.

Might want to put this on hold as the Order weren't established until after the Time of Troubles, at this point in time they were still Lady Katlin's adventuring band, the Company of the Red Falcon. Albeit adding the Citadel is always a option as during all that the citadel was plundered, etc and could follow the same route as the temple of Bhaal/Friendly Arms approach.
Edit:
Here's a nice chuck of lore on the Citadel of Strategic Militancy (from Powers and Pantheons)

What he said. The future citadel right now is the holding of the Bloodhawk clan, with Lady Kaitlin (heir or family member of the clan) being the leader of an adventuring company that will later form the order you describe.
I would really like to see the citadel added someday, and Red Knight has always been my favorite FR god.. but with our timeframe the Red Knight's importance is minimal as a demigod and her followers are likely fairly rare.
