House Mal'froon is a house as old as the underdark, passed down through the ages. The houses siblings war upon eachother to usurp the favor of the house matron mother, that they may prove worthy of the house. The house has many servants and a few house wizards that bare from the academy, they protect the house and obey the every whem of the matron mother to please her and gain favor, as do all male Drow. Xephalas Mal'froon was the last matron mother to be head of house Mal'froon till the day that Q'winith took her stead after her sister murdered her mother through posion during a banquet hosted for a rival house. Q'winith crushed in her sisters head with a morning star a few days days later and layed her sisters body upon an alter of Lolth, to gain her blessings; within the deep confines of house Mal'froon. Q'winith now seeks to reastablish the once great house to its former glory and has open its doors to new Drow recruits and even to allowing in the Duergar and the Svirfneblin to join its ranks. Rumor has it as well that Gray orcs are being trained for further purposes of the house( when SoZ comes into play) ((Join and come all! Faerun awaits the chaos we bring forth )) Current Members: Q'winith Mal'Froon Amin Di'mar Venduril Krondriirn Teken'tyl Zelin Morfeus Widoh Lufnir Gralmsveld

i have played with qwilinth (sp.?) mal'froon and she plays a lolthian priestess the way they are meant to be played! kudos to you. look forward to more drow rp with you. and just to help you out with our little interaction last night, something to hang your hat on if you will:
The remains of Matron Mal'froon's corpse are discovered in a back street of Sshamath. It's apparent that something or someone got the better of her however there are no witnesses to what happened. <one presumes that after her retainers found her corpse she was raised by her deity, the dark queen, or another priestess of her deity.>

Widoh pledges her shield to the Matron Mother, in hopes that she may be found useful to Q'winith, and her blood will be spilled in honor of her Matron.

House Mal'froon's Reputation:
-Defended Sshamath from hordes of undead headed by a Beholder that was sent by the Bone Dancer. Victory was won and the Achmages awarded them for there services. (Dm Event)
-Sil'Massar's Carrion crawler was retrived and brought back for a just reward (Dm Quest)
-Defended the tunnels within the underdark from (PC's) surfacer invasion and took battle captives (Dm e Event)

I am debating setting up a ranking system for House Mal'froon, ideas and sugestions are welcomed. Things are slow right now in the UD due to lack of players in the UD and till the UD is expanded in the new update.

there are ranking systems out there for positions within drow quellars (spymasters, assassins, priestesses etc).
the issue is that with Sshamathian Quellars they are too small and unimportant to merit such ranking.
Let me know if you want to see one for reference and I'll dig it up.
