Who I think want to Join:
Goals: The studying and attaining of Arcane Knowledge of the magical phenomenon known as 'the Weave' and to unravel its mysteries and thereby first and foremost gain a mastery of the Weave, and thus apply this power to the protection of Sshamath and Drow and Sshamath Allied Arcane Magic Users.
Symbol:
A Blue Dragon encircling a Crystal Orb on a red and black background.
Colors: Black with silver linings/runes or shades of purple robes permitted.
Location
Tentative need to explore UD more.
Rules
1) Aid each other in unlocking the secrets of the Weave.
2) Promote responsible use of the Weave..
3) Destroy planar breaches to the Material Plane if it would harm the Weave, the School, Sshamath, or the Drow.
4)
Mystra's Law: All mages are brothers and sisters in the guild, all guilds are brother and sister in the power.
Azuth's Law: The places of High Sorcery are held in common among all guilds and no sorcery is to be used there in anger against fellow mages.
Shar's Law: The world beyond the walls of the towers may bring brother against sister and guild against guild, but such is the way of the universe.
Guild Culture
1) Proper addressing of titles will depend on the rank in question, simplicity and convenience is the foremost principle for example an Archmage is referred to as "Archmage" + Last Name. Same thing for Apprentice, Researcher, Record Keeper etc.
Rankings:
Racial/Class Outlooks
All core Arcane Spellcasters are to be treated with respect, the non pure practitioners in the art you may respect as you please but if they should become a member then Mystra's law applies.
Surface Elves and their derivatives are to be treated as spies and captured for interrogation, if they resist kill them and all magical equipment are to be brought to the school for examination. (OOC since you cant loot PCs this doesnt have in ingame effect side from RP with nonexistent items effect)
Any surfacer intruding into the Underdark who hail from the "Weavemasters" a guild dedicated to the Weave treat them as very dangerous and handle with caution and with respect, if they interfear with you or intend on harming or spying on Sshamath capture them if this is impossible kill them or drive them away. If not ignore them for they are of no consequence.

Every item donated (given to other guildmembers or to guildmaster to distribute) :
+(100 rep for every +1 attribute or magical enhancement)
+(100 rep for every +5 skill enhancement)
+(100 rep for every spell bonus level. I.e. One bonus lvl 3 spell is worth 300 rep. A bonus spell for both sorcerer and wizard count as only one)
+(100 for every 5 points of damage reduction.)
+(100 for every bonus feat)
+(100 for each scroll level. This is different from "teaching" someone a spell. Teaching someone entails the other member not knowing the spell in the first place.)
