The necro classes from tome and blood.

The coolest one is the True Necromancer, master of both arcane and divine necromancy. (Don't know if it possible with the NWN2 engine to though)

I'm sure the Red Wizards wouldn't mind having some Thayan Knights around.

I always liked the Black Flame Zealots too.
