Jiszo "kolbolds...behind statues" Yea - they are not as brave as most people think. We will have to see about boosting their morale high enough to face our adventurers in open combat. As far as the mushroom quest. I have seen enough to warrant asking a DM to reward you with the mushrooms so you can complete the quest. Feel free to ask one for assistance when you see them IG. -OT

Issues after 6.2 Mostly server change related issues I belive, here is what I have:
- Game freezed and I had to reboot twice now after entering from starting boat to harbour after deity selection.
- I have so far logged on after the patch for six times, all those times I have started from the boat, even after I went to city and game was saved.
- Everytime I exit Maltz shop I get error message and my game crashes.
- Had timed out disconnect twice now.
In short : I can't seem to be able to play on the new server at all, its lot more unstable for me, charecter rebounds, crashes ect..
My location is Finland, Northern Europe, by the way.
I will see if there is something on my end I can do, and I will keep trying / possibly reinstal, and for the patch, I downloaded it properly from the given links on this forum and followed the instructions and as it works for others I don't think its that.

murdacI used to have alot of the same issues you are reporting murdac. Although most of them still happen from time to time the frequency has been lessened from me doing the following. 1.)Turning graphics options DOWN DOWN DOWN ... try it out - just for a test. 2.)Play in windowed mode. Again, try it out. 3.)I have actually noticed significanly less load screen crashes by simply continuing to move my mouse every couple seconds. (Yes - it does sound weird - but it seems to work.) Good luck, -OT

I also got some charecters locked, however issue was solved like this ( if someone has similiar problem).
- Completely remove all contents in PWC folder. - Update from scrap with world client to patch 6.0 - Make sure there is nothing about 5.5 or earlier in the foldier after. - Download and instal 6.2 from megaupload link.
After this all works. Now testing time and my apologies for the extra posts here.

I do not think that the appraise skill is functioning in Thunderhammer's store (I haven't paid close attention to the other stores).
Sheritomo (7 appraise) and Gandy (1 appraise) pay the same prices.

I cannot reach the cave door in the minotaur area. The use door icon stays in the action slot but my character will not move close enough to carry out the action.

Where is the dwarf that gives the Ore quest?
So far I've done the Mushroom, Radger, The Supplies for Maltz and the Iron throne task without problem =D
One thing I can say is the creatures in the game tend to be a little difficult for Druids, and by a little I mean REALLY difficult, so far I've gotten to Level 6 and regardless of my spell config creatures such as Orcs, Ogres, Wyverns and Goblins who are only marked as "Challenging" can whipe the floor with me if I'm not overly careful...I haven't played one but I believe Rouges would have a tough time defeating most the creatures.
(But mostly I'm having fun and I'm lovin the server =D)

Recommendations below but please don't mistake it for being unsatisfied. You guys are doing a great job! 1) Update transition script to perform a character save. It's a bummer to crash and ending up 3 transitions away from where I was. As a mage, I try to make it a point not to always rest and re-buff since it's a little cheezy. 2) Make Cloud Peak mountain environment cause 1d4 of cold damage per round/turn/minute. By doing so, also make minor cold damage resist items easily accessible.

I really like this idea, but will it cause a higher risk for transition crashes if a large group transitions all at once? Although if that does happen, at least everyone will come back together.
