Also, there is a new warrior that would like to be inducted... he did not wish to give me his name, but he is very strong -- the Nameless One...

It might be a good idea to have a treasurer to handle money to buy the whole Order things that are needed. We could pool our money together, or you could require dues/tithes to the Order so it has a decent treasury.
The treasurer should of course be a responsible person to keep track of accounting and approve purchases and should be around frequently.

I think we'll manage to get ourselves capes etc when this update comes, hopefully having cheap ones. after all how can you charge 1000 for a woolen cloak ? *now thats embezzlement and corruption*

Perhaps you are right, my lord -- wait, you are the Grand Master of the Order -- of course you are right!
As a Paladin (and now Divine Champion) of Torm, I have taken a vow of poverty, so perhaps I was a bit rash.
But when cheaper cloaks come out, I would also be willing to go with green. A thousand gold coins for a cloak seems a bit... opulent and gratuitous, when that 1,000 gold coins could go help the poor.

Oooo I love vows of poverty, that means If I find any gold on you or precious things I can do nasty things.. like Lashes from the gods for breaking the vow.
If you want to go poverty, talk to Abby Winters a cleric of Illmater.. she wears regular robes, has a nonmagical heavy shield, no weapon, doesnt hold coins at all, and thats about it lol..
good times. -Ice

Poverty does not mean POOR, it means you dont take what you dont need. Those who take vows of poverty would still welcome gold and they would spend it only on what they need to surfive, food, water and the like and then give the rest away.

The way I interpret my vow of poverty is that number one priority is Torm and what Torm wills of me. I must combat evil and chaos and both are equally strong -- to properly combat evil, it may require that I spend gold on magical items. I wouldn't go out and buy myself an opulent noble's outfit or have jewelry all over me. Whatever I have remaining after purchasing for myself some proper entropy-fighting equipment, I'll donate to my church or to the poor.
